For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water and drink. For children aged 3-6 years, consume 10ml of the dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips. During sports and exercise, dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml of water and drink before, during, and after activity. It is crucial not to exceed the recommended daily dose: adults should not consume more than 24 tablets in 24 hours, while children should adhere to a limit of 10 tablets within the same period.
