For general hydration as required, dissolve 2 tablets in 200ml of water, and drink. For children aged 3-6 years: Drink 10ml of dissolved solution per kg of body weight in small sips. For sports & exercise: dissolve 2 tablets in 500ml water. Drink before, during, and after exercise. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Adults should not use more than 24 tablets in 24 hours, while children should not exceed 10 tablets in 24 hours. Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have diabetes, are on a low sodium diet, or have underlying health issues. Food supplements should not replace a well-balanced diet.
